Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines the limited data Standard Interaction, Inc. collects and how we handle it. We keep our data collection to a minimum.

Website Visitors: With your permission, we use analytics to understand usage and advertising technologies to measure campaigns, as described in our Cookie Policy below.

Lead Generation: If you fill out a form or email us at founders@assemble.ai, we collect your name, corporate email, and whatever details you provide so we can talk to you.

Platform Operations: If you log into the platform, we collect your login credentials and the system metadata necessary to make our AI agents work.

Our platform routes requests through enterprise-grade AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). We choose providers that offer standard data privacy commitments for API users. By using the platform, you agree to allow your data to be processed through these infrastructure providers to generate the requested outcomes.

We do not sell data to brokers. We only share data with the tools we use to run our startup:

• Cloud hosting and databases: (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Supabase).
• AI API infrastructure providers:
• Communication and CRM tools: (e.g., Slack, email providers).
• Optional analytics and advertising providers: PostHog, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta, when you enable the corresponding category in Privacy settings.
• Law enforcement: if explicitly required by a valid legal subpoena.

This Cookie Policy covers our website and the Assemble app. Cookies are small files stored by your browser; local storage serves a similar purpose. We use the categories below.

Optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose to enable them. Choose Reject optional, Accept all, or Customize in the cookie banner. To change or withdraw your choice, use Privacy settings in the website footer, Settings > Privacy in the app, or the footer on sign-in pages. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent sign-in or use of the app.

Your choice is stored for 180 days in the assemble_cookie_consent cookie and shared between assemble.ai subdomains in the same browser. Clearing cookies, using another browser, or an expired choice will require a new selection. Withdrawing advertising consent on our website reloads the page to stop loaded advertising scripts; save any unfinished form first.

• Essential: Authentication, security, requested features, and your cookie preferences. These remain enabled. Our app uses Supabase authentication cookies to maintain your session.
• Analytics — optional: PostHog measures page visits and product usage using identifiers in cookies and local storage (names beginning ph_). For signed-in users, analytics can include account ID, name, and email. The app also uses Vercel Speed Insights for performance measurement. A signup-measurement cookie lasts up to ten minutes. Analytics storage is cleared where accessible when you withdraw consent.
• Advertising — optional: The Reddit Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel measure advertising visits and successful inquiries, attribute conversions, and support retargeting. These scripts can use cookies and other browser identifiers; blocking cookies alone does not stop them from sending data. Reddit may use _rdt_uuid. LinkedIn is loaded only on our production homepage and can collect the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser information, and timestamp. It may use the first-party li_fat_id cookie (30 days), LinkedIn-domain cookies, and the li_adsid identifier. Meta loads only on our HTTPS production marketing domains after advertising consent and receives page visits and successful inquiry events, including page URLs, referrers, and browser identifiers. It may use _fbp and _fbc cookies. We do not pass contact form fields to Meta, and automatic event configuration is disabled. We retain campaign parameters and advertising click IDs in assemble_lead_attribution local storage for up to 30 days, and may carry them to the app or include them with a submitted inquiry.
• Managing stored information: Withdrawing advertising consent stops future advertising collection and clears known advertising identifiers accessible on our domain. We cannot delete cookies on Reddit, LinkedIn, or Meta domains, or information already received by providers. LinkedIn states that it removes direct identifiers within seven days and deletes remaining pseudonymized Insight Tag data within 180 days. Your browser also lets you delete or block cookies and site storage. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or saving preferences. Contact founders@assemble.ai with privacy questions.
